LUXURY APARTMENT

It is difficult to say what I look for when I reside as a guest in a B&B or vacation home, tradition and innovation, past and present, architecture and landscape, aesthetics and functionality.

In the restoration of Apartments Riva Vena View I tried to combine in harmony these elements, which are only seemingly contrasting.

Thus a historic house was transformed into a contemporary residence while maintaining the distinctive features of the Venetian lagoon.

The Apartment

Luxury Riva Vena View offers two apartments, both located on the second floor of a building. The apartments have a common entrance equipped with a washing machine.

Both apartments feature a modern design, with a view directly overlooking Chioggia’s Vena canal.

The apartment located to the right (named apartment B), features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and living room with flat-screen TV. It has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower stall.

The accommodation is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, towels, and full bed linen. Maximum occupancy 4 people.

The apartment located to the left (named apartment A), features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and living room with flat-screen TV. It has a master bedroom with a four-poster bed, a living room with two sofa beds, and a bathroom with a shower stall. The accommodation is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, towels, and full bed linen.

Maximum occupancy 5 people.
